Who You Are You’re a Senior iOS engineer who blends relentless pursuit of quality with a pragmatic, product-focused mindset. You thrive in small teams, love to sweat the details, and are energized by building tools and platforms that empower both users and fellow engineers. 5+ years of iOS development experience with deep expertise in Swift and the iOS ecosystem Strong grasp of app architecture, performance optimization, and modern build systems Startup experience preferred - you thrive in fast-paced, high-agency environments Craftsperson – You care deeply about product quality, elegant code, and getting the details right Builder’s mentality – You’re energized by ownership, autonomy, and moving fast with a small, talented team Pragmatic Engineer – You balance the “perfect” solution with realism for shipping a product.
