The selected candidate will take on a dual role, functioning both as a Scrum Master and Project Manager, overseeing cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives. The role will predominantly involve 60% on Scrum Master duties, requiring hosting daily standups, working closely with the PO, and can document and use storyboards such as Jira and RTC IBM. The remaining 40% will involve project management responsibilities, which include managing status reports, overseeing five different workflows such as budget management. The Project Manager will also be responsible for documenting processes through Clarity reports and creating PowerPoint presentations for L1, L2, and L3 executive team. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as the position will involve managing budgets, facilitating technical and business discussions, and delivering executive-level reporting.
