Compensation:

$97,400 - $187,500 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Attend weekly training sessions and workshops
  • Learn how to generate and follow up with real estate leads
  • Practice client conversations and objection handling techniques
  • Work with senior agents to shadow appointments and tours
  • Track daily activity and performance in provided systems
  • Commit to ongoing learning and development
Qualifications:
  • No prior experience required; training provided
  • Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry
  • Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude
