About the Role:
We are seeking a nurturing and creative Early Childhood Teacher to join our Early Years team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children and skilled in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences within the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to make a lasting impact during the most formative years of a child’s development.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver age-appropriate, play-based learning activities aligned with EYFS
Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Support each child’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development
Track and assess learning progress using observations and formative assessments
Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with teaching staff
Participate in school-wide events and continuous professional development
Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
✅ QTS, EYTS, or equivalent teaching certification (REQUIRED)
✅ Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in an Early Years setting
✅ Deep understanding of the British EYFS framework
✅ Fluent English speaker
✅ Excellent classroom management and communication skills
✅ Open to relocating and living in Kuwait
Preferred:
✅ Experience in British or international schools
✅ Familiarity with phonics programmes such as Jolly Phonics or Read Write Inc.
✅ First Aid/CPR certification
