This is a hybrid contract opportunity for a Program Manager circuit/engineering background based in Richardson, TX , with onsite presence required Tuesday–Thursday .
This role supports a large-scale telecom network operations and engineering program , overseeing daily execution and coordination across multiple technical teams. The position is ideal for an experienced telecom Project/Program Manager with a strong circuit and network engineering background, supporting complex, high-availability environments.
The standout feature of this role is the ownership of a critical telecom program with direct leadership responsibility over a team of Network Engineers . You’ll play a central role in driving execution, managing resources across a 24x6 operational model, and presenting progress to senior leadership. Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years of experience as a Telecom Project or Program Manager
· Strong background in telecom circuits and network engineering
· Experience managing and coordinating teams of Network Engineers
· Proven ability to manage program execution in operational environments
· Experience with 24x6 or 24x7 resource allocation and support models
· Strong communication skills with experience delivering leadership readouts
· Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
· Local to Richardson, TX (preferred for hybrid schedule)
Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience supporting Tier-1 wireless carrier environments
· Familiarity with telecom operational and engineering tools (BGW, CCP, Canvas, or similar systems)
· Experience working in fast-paced, high-availability network environments
