Are you a self-starter that enjoys working autonomously without micro-management? We are looking for trainers with strong work ethic that enjoy working with athletes and everything in-between. We don't require any sales or quotas, as we procure clients by passive marketing and social media cannels so our trainers can put their focus on clients.
Eastlake Performance is an athletically inspired training gym located in South Lake Union. We have a diverse client population, but the majority come from an athletic background. Our clients are assessed on movement mechanics, exertion, and progress during each session, so that we can maintain a linear progression that is both challenging and obtainable. We prefer applicants who have at least 1-year of personal training experience and hold a CSCS or willing to pursue one in the future. Your responsibilities:

The Trainerize app also connects to smart devices and adds extra insight and information on caloric input/output and physiological progress while they are training with Eastlake Performance.
Unless a client’s goal is stagnation/maintenance, we should always progress in each session. Any client requesting maintenance should also be properly assessed for mobility and ROM restrictions so we can focus on those biomechanical defaults during sessions in addition to the workout.

We have worked with athletes of all ages in football, basketball, baseball, hockey, polo, pickleball, tennis, swimming, fencing, ultra marathon runners, volleyball, and figure skating. What You Can Expect Beyond our training, we do our best to create a warm and welcoming environment at our gym. You will have an opportunity to train with each trainer, so you can cross-train with different specialties. If you prefer working with a specific trainer, we can accommodate the one-trainer model as well.
