Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; managing overall team performance; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer‑related issues; training the team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill visits at customer sites while maintaining high satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; managing a budget and addressing operational issues. Hands‑on support of direct reports includes accompanying service representatives or visiting customers alone, assisting in pickup and delivery of products or services, driving a company‑owned vehicle to customer locations, and lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products while maintaining world‑class service.
