Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an accomplished Senior Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience driving complex, high-impact projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a strong command of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. This role demands strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of project goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate project status, dependencies, and changes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Conduct and facilitate effective project meetings to drive collaboration and accountability.
- Track and report project performance metrics - including budget adherence, progress updates, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with established project management methodologies and organizational best practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Mandatory Skills: - Strong knowledge of Project Management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
Preferred Skills: - PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent credential.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management in project environments.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- wareness of industry-specific standards, compliance, and regulations.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, and high-visibility projects.
- Demonstrated success in remote or hybrid work environments.
