Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Performance Test Engineer (Cyara IVR) to join their team. As a Performance Test Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the performance testing of complex voice systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. • Lead performance testing efforts for IVR systems, ensuring high-quality voice interactions.
• Collaborate with project team managers, application developers, and architects during EST hours.
• Design and maintain intricate data-driven testing scripts in Cyara/LRE.
• Monitor environment requirements and orchestrate testing with CI/CD tools.
• Conduct deep dive analysis and report performance metrics through dashboards.

What's Needed?

• Experience with telephony protocols such as SIP, RTP, and VoIP.
• Proficiency in using the Cyara platform and related testing tools like SIPp and JMeter.
• Strong understanding of PBX, SBCs, and IVR systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex voice system issues and diagnose SIP signaling problems.
• Experience in voice recognition testing and validating ASR/NLU accuracy.
