PeopleShare is hiring a Marine Forklift Operator for a leading marina in Virginia Beach, VA! This is a full-time, in-person position offering competitive pay and benefits.
About the Role

We're looking for a motivated individual with experience operating marine forklifts. You'll be responsible for lifting customers' boats from rack systems and trailers, coordinating boat locations with technicians and launch office staff, and ensuring smooth operations on-site.

Create exceptional customer experiences
Enforce safety, adhering to all policies and regulatory standards
Take pride in the operation and property appearance, assisting the team when off the lift

What You Need

Independence, intuition, and excellence in execution
A positive attitude
Comfort with heavy machinery and confidence maneuvering vehicles
Commitment to a zero-accident culture
Ability to move comfortably around the property for hands-on work
Willingness to work weekends
High School diploma or GED
Clean driving record
Prior forklift or heavy machinery operation experience (marina experience required)
