Job Summary:

This position supports Home Depot operations by delivering packages and mail to various floors within the building, completing administrative office duties, and handling print and copy requests. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver mail, packages, and envelopes throughout multiple floors within the Home Depot building.
• Perform general administrative and office support duties.
• Handle and establish print/copy jobs as requested.
• Communicate effectively with internal staff and customers via phone and email.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient mailroom and work area.
• Assist with lifting and moving packages; help will be provided for items over 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods during daily mail and package delivery routes.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic PC and data entry skills.
• Basic typing proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform extensive standing and walking.

Preferred Skills:

• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience in mailroom, facilities, or administrative support environments.
