** Information Security Officer (CISO) (f/m/d)**

This newly created expert position is placed at the beating heart of Kistler reporting directly to the CIO - with global responsibility for information security management and control in the Kistler Group. You will ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability and binding nature of information throughout its entire life cycle. You will develop the ICT security strategy from the business objectives and thus ensures the necessary level of protection without hindering the agility of modern business processes. In particular, the protection of intellectual property and against cyber-crime.

Your main tasks

- Definition and implementation of an information security strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Daily management and control of information security in the Kistler Group.

- Further development and operation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).

- Ensure information security compliance, following appropriate established standards/ norms and/or best practice approaches/methods.

- Advising management on information security issues.

- Implement information security measures and standards together with the Kistler team and external partners.

- Leading a systematic and structured ICT risk management process.

- Establishment of a business continuity plan (BCM plan).

- Ensure reporting to internal and/or external stakeholders which is appropriate for the target group.

- Advise and support employees on all information security issues (operational and projects) and create awareness of information security among employees through training and campaigns.

Your profile

- Higher professional education in information technology (BAC, MAS, Computer Scientist or similar).

- Completed further training in information security management (ICT Security Expert, CAS Information Security or similar).

- Three to five years of practical experience in a comparable position, ideally in an international industry environment.

- Strong track record in continuing education in the field of information security.

- Extensive knowledge of state-of-the-art security and network technologies and the corresponding conceptual approaches, ideally in an industrial environment.

- Project management experience in an international environment.

- German and English fluently spoken and written (at least C1 level).

- Strong, target group-oriented communication skills.

- Analytical thinking as well as constructive and structured way of working.

- Very good social skilled team player.

- Confident appearance and strong negotiation skills.

- Curious and innovative mindset.
