Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level

Location: Moraine, OH

Pay Range: $16

Shift: 1st Shift: M-F 7 am - 5 pm with a 30 minute lunch break

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to Standard Work procedures and supervisor instructions.

• Physically load and unload raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper handling and safety.

• Conduct visual inspections of products to maintain quality standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote a safe and productive environment.

• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate machinery and handle materials in a safe manner.

• Willingness to adhere to safety policies and procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

• Physical ability to perform loading/unloading tasks and stand for extended periods.

• Steel-toed boots are required for safety compliance.
