Youre a great fit if:

• You have 510 years of experience spanning Business Operations, GTM, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Youre scrappy, action-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity, moving quickly with incomplete information.
• Youre a strong project manager and communicator, able to align multiple stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• You enjoy serving as a trusted thought partner and operational quarterback for leadership teams.
• Bonus points if you have experience with GTM tools, dashboards, or CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).

Your responsibilities:

• Partner directly with the CEO to ensure focus, prioritization, and follow-through on key strategic initiatives.
• Act as the central operations quarterback, connecting workflows and decisions across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Run executive cadences, maintain project trackers, and support prep for internal and external communications.
• Own logistics for leadership meetings, planning sessions, briefing documents, investor materials, and special GTM projects.
• Track OKRs and cross-functional priorities, ensuring accountability and momentum across teams.
• Manage internal communications to keep teams aligned and informed.
• Help shape the rhythm and culture of the new San Francisco HQplan team rituals, events, and initiatives that bring people together.
• Serve as a problem-solver and fixer for operational blockers before they become distractions.
