Job Title: Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Experience with Microix or similar accounting software is preferred.

• MUST have experience with Microix and ALL components.
• Review and analyze Revenue/Expenses for anomalies and trends.
• Prepare accounting paperwork and reports assuring proper approvals and coding using the automated Microix system. Ensure recovery support team has copies of expenditures as they relate to grant management.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and check requests in Microix for purchase and payments to ensure payments are on time.
• Monitors financial detail reports to ensure expenditures match the budget. Review of financial reports on variances.
• Reoccurring and constant communication on the financial reporting status to the Manager of Administrative Operations.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain filing as it relates to budgets and grant binders.

Education/Experience:

Assoicate Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
